Congress candidate J R Lobo concludes campaign with a bang

Mangaluru, May 10: The Congress candidate and sitting MLA of Mangaluru South Constituency J. R. Lobo concluded his election public campaign with a grand road show this evening. The rally commenced at Nehru Maidan and culminated at the Urwa Market grounds going through Hampankatta, PVS circle and Lady Hill. Lobo who was trailing behind his supporters in an open Jeep was seen waving to the crowds which had gathered enthusiastically along the street to witness the spectacle. He was flanked by District Youth Congress President Mithun Rai and other party leaders.

U B Venkatesh, Rajshekhar Kotian and other party men participated in the rally. The participants urged the citizens to vote for J. R. Lobo. “We have received very good response from the people. People are convinced with the good work done by me and my party during the last term. I am confident that people will elect me once again,” Lobo said.
