Cong-JD(S) to finalise candidates after taking each other into confidence: Dinesh Gundu Rao

Mangaluru, Feb 3, 2019: The Congress and the JD(S) would finalise candidates in all constituencies in the state for the Lok Sabha elections by taking each other into confidence, said KPCC President Dinesh Gundu Rao.
Speaking to reporters at the Circuit House on February 3, Sunday, Rao while referring to the clamour for tickets from Mandya, said the party has not yet selected candidates for any constituency.
He deplored the recent incident wherein the Hindu Mahasabha recreated the Mahatma Gandhi assassination scene, and accused the BJP of supporting such activities in order to win the confidence of voters keeping an eye on the upcoming elections.
Former minister Ramanatha Rai, MLC Ivan D’Souza and other party leaders were present.
