City trying to limp back to normalcy amid Covid fears ; bus services resume

Mangaluru, Jul 23, 2020: Daily life is slowly limping back to near normalcy in  Mangaluru after the week-long lockdown imposed across the district was lifted on Thursday.  City buses which had remained suspended for one week have resumed services.

Autorickshaws, taxis and other vehicles are moving  as usual. Even business establishments, hotels and  textile shops have opened. However, business has not been as usual with   the number of customers visiting shops reduced to a great extent due to the Covid-19 fears.
