Mangaluru, Oct 23 2019: For the first time ever, an All India 5-a-side under-14 boys football tournament is scheduled to take place in Mangalore at the PERFECT PASS football arena located near Kudroli temple, Mangalore.

Preparations have been going on with organiser Denzil Fernandes going all out to ensure a great opportunity for   the promising young footballers to show their skills on the national level.The tournament is open for all schools, football academies, clubs and organisations from Dakshina Kannada and Udupi districts apart from othere parts of India. Players born on or after 1.1.2005 are eligible to play in the 2 day tournament. Adhaar card and date of birth certificate is a must to prove the age of the respective players.  

There will be 48 teams from all over India playing in the tournament. Youngsters from Bangalore, Hubli, Bijapur, Nagpur, Vidarbha, Mumbai, Pune, Kerala, Telangana and other states will be seen in action.The first of its kind activity wil be a huge platform for those aspiring to become national stars in the future. Top and qualified officials will suprvise the matches.  Winners and runners up in the league cum knockout tournament  will receive glittering trophies and medals while there will be prizes for the best individual performers also.  This apart, all players will receive participation certificates. Prominent teams from Mangalore, Udupi and other areas are expected to take part.  The entire event will be solely handled by Viva Ventures.
