Case registered against former Udupi CMC president for assaulting three brothers.

Udupi: June 15, 2015: A gang of 15 members led by former Udupi City Muncipal Council (CMC) president Dinakar Shetty Herga allegedly assaulted three brothers at their residence in Parkala on Sunday Night.
According to the sources, Dinakar shetty and his gang forcefully entered into the house of three brothers Peter, Boniface and Antony and allegedly assaulted after getting into an argument.
The exact reason of the assault is yet to be known. It is alleged that Dinakar shetty assaulted the three brothers over an issue of JCB business run by three brothers. While other sources say that the three brothers trashed a youth named Akshith Shettty, and the attack on three was revenge.
The police have registered a case against Dinakar and all other 15 members
