Mangalore, May 31, 2012: The CPI (M) organized a protest against the UPA government at Mangalore Central Railway Station on May 31.

Speaking on the occasion, CPI (M) District Secretary Madhava Ullal said that union government was deceiving people by hiking fuel prices although the cost of a barrel of crude oil has been reduced from $124 to $116. He added that the government has withdrawn the fuel subsidy of Rs. 25,000 crore in this year’s budget.
