COVID-19: Follow instructions, take lockdown seriously, says PM Narendra Modi

New Delhi, Mar 23, 2020: PM Modi took to Twitter on Monday, 23 March, to remind people to follow instructions and take the lockdown seriously in order to save themselves and their families, Yahoo reported.
The Health Ministry on Monday said that the total number of cases in India had risen to 390. The total number of coronavirus cases across the globe stands at at least 3,00,097 according to AFP.
Meanwhile, the total number of COVID-19 cases in Maharashtra has risen to 89 with 15 more coronavirus positive cases reported in the last 24 hours, officials said on Monday, according to PTI.
Seventy five districts in India where coronavirus cases were reported have been locked down as authorities undertook extraordinary measures to check the spread of the disease, while all inter-state buses, passenger trains and metro services remain suspended across the country till 31 March.
