Bus-Car collision, claims life of two women at Nellikar

Moodabidri, May 29, 2017 : A private bus collides head on with Alto car claims life of two women at Nellikar on May 29, Monday.
The deceased are identified as Vasanthi Bhat(40) wife of Jayanth Bhat and Sujatha (80) his mother.
It is said that Jayanth Bhat family were on their way to Shringeri.A private bus plying from Karkala towards Belthanghady collided head-on with their Alto car at a curve in Nellikar. Due to the impact of collisison Vasanthi Bhat died on the spot, Sujatha sustained serious injuries and died on the way to hospital.Jayanth Bhat is being treated at hospital in Karkala. His sons Sukesh and Sandesh escape with minor injuries.
Case has been registered in Moodabidri police station.
