Mangalore, Apr 17: The grand finale of the World Welfare Festival, organized by the Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidhyalaya will be held at the TMA Pai International Convention Centre on April 25.

Mahatapaswini Rajyogini Dadi Jankiji, the chief of the Brahma Kumaris, will visit Mangalore to participate in the grand finale of the World Welfare Festival and launch the programme, “God’s Plan for Golden Age,” which will be held at TMA Pai Convention Centre on April 25, Sunday, said Brahma Kumara Mrithyunjayaji, the secretary.

He was speaking to journalists during a press conference held at Vishwa Shanthi Mandi, Urwa Store on April 17, Saturday. He informed that the World Welfare Festival is a six-day event, which will commence on April 20 and end on April 25, comprising a number of spiritual programmes.

The musical programme “Jnana Ghana Sudha” by renowned singer Puttur Narasimha Nayak will be held on April 20, from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. The spiritual film “Yuga Parivarthana – Jnana Darshana” will be released and screened at Town Hall at 5:30 p.m.

Brahma Kumari Shivani will deliver the benedictory speech at the Town Hall from April 20 – 23. An international management trainer, she has been providing rajayoga meditation training as taught at the Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidhyalaya in Mount Abu for the past 12 years. She conducts motivational courses, seminars, and live television programmes. She has featured in spiritual TV programmes such as “Awakening with Brahma Kumaris,” which is broadcast daily on Aastha channel in India, UK, and USA. B K Shivani speaks on a wide range of themes ranging from lifestyle, leadership skills, and emotional intelligence, to mention a few.

Shri Vishvesha Teertha Swamiji of Pejawar Mutt, Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa, District-in-charge Minister Krishna J Palemar, General Secretary of the Brahma Kumaris Rajyogi B K Nirvair and others will participate in the valedictory ceremony, which will held at TMA Pai Hall on April 25. The stage programme will follow a musical event, “Ek Shyam Bhagwan Ke Naam,” by Tagore Das, who is renowned as the South Indian Mohammed Rafi, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., he said.
