The total cost of these projects is estimated to be Rs. 8 crore.

The chief project is that of constructing 160 houses for the poor—one in each parish. The bishop laid the foundation stone for the first house on July 24, 2011 at Kelarai Parish. Revealing more information regarding this project, the bishop said that houses will be given to the families that need them the most irrespective of religion.
