Bhatkal, Oct 20, 2019: A young man was on Saturday night found murdered in a private lodge in Bhatkal. The victim has been identified as Affan (25), S/O Navran Mohammed Ali, a resident of Muglihonda in Bhatkal.

 murder1Preliminary enquiries reveal that a fight broke out among people in the room as some marks could be seen on the walls and a bottle used for the fight was found in the room. The incident came to light at 9.30 pm on Saturday night.

Hundreds of locals have rushed to the crime scene as the news of the murder went viral on social media.

According to the sources, police have also nabbed a local resident of Bhatkal in the case and is looking for the other assailants.

Police are investigating the crime scene and checking cctv footages.
