Bantwal, Jan 15, 2017: The High Court has cancelled the bail granted to three accused in the case of murder of Mohammad Nasir from Malaibettu in Sajipamunnur village. The Court has also directed all the three to surrender before January 16. Earlier, they were granted bail by the Sessions Court in Bantwal.
It may be recalled here that Mohammad Nasir, a mason by profession was murdered on September 7, 2015 while he was returning home after work. The autorickshaw in which he was travelling was waylaid by a gang of four on the pretext of asking direction to some place and soon attacked Mohammad who died on the spot due to grievous injuries.
Three persons namely Kiran Poojary from Badaga Ulepady, Vijeth Kumar from Manchi and Anish alias Dhanu Poojary from Tiruvailu were arrested in connection with the case.
The family of the accused had moved the High Court challenging the decision of the lower court in granting bail to the accused.

The lawyers have to stop fighting for injustice . Because the convicted has to be punished for the his crime . He cannot give reasons to, but the curt has rejected the bail which is a must and fear builds among the criminals . | |

The court has to not grant for the accused in the criminal case then at least the crime may reduced to some extent |
