Bajpe cops arrest 2 brothers who ran an illegal abattoir

Mangaluru, July 17,2017:  A special police team led by Bajpe inspector T D Nagaraj who raided a place at Addoor on July 16, Sunday have arrested two men who were reportedly running an illegal abattoir  there. During the raids, police have seized a Duster Car, Ritz car, 16 cattle and a Tempo Traveller vehicle.


arrest The arrested are Abdul Majeed (23) and Mustafa (27) both from Addur. Both are brothers and already have six cases against them in Suratkal, Kavoor and Bajpe police stations.


It has been gathered that the two brothers used to purchase stolen cattle. Further investigations are in progress.
