Mangaluru, Mar 01, 2018: The BJP will be organising a Jana Suraksha Mangaluru Chalo Padayatra simultaneously from Ankola and Kushalnagar on March 3. The Yatra will culminate with a huge convention at Nehru Maidan in Mangaluru n March 6. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, State BJP Chief Yeddyurappa and several party leaders will participate in the meet .
Informing this to reporters here, Nalin Kumar Kateel, MP said the yatra has been organised to protest against the appeasement policies of the state government, to demand CBI probe into the death of Hindu activists, to fight for the removal of the Siddaramaiah government and to demand ban on PFI and SDPI.
He said the Padayatra which will commence at Kushalnagar will be inaugurated by Union Minister D V Sadananda Gowda while at Ankola, the Padayatra will be inaugurated by another Union Minister Prakash Javadekar.
The Padayatra commencing from Ankola will arrive in Mangaluru via Kumta, Honnavar, Bhatkal, Byndoor, Kundapur, Udupi, Kaup, Moodbidri and Baikampady while the yatra from Kushalnagar will pass through Madikeri, Sullia, Puttur, Maani, and BC Road.
