Awareness on Conservation of cattle’s is needed says, Pejawar Seer

Udupi Oct 7 , 2015 : The people should a take decision on protection of the farm animals said  the  Pejawar Seer on occasion at Rajangan in Udupi  on Tuesday  October 6.

As there was a four day” Gau  Sammelan”  at Udupi  Shri Krishna Temple premises the Pejawar Mutt Seer Vishwa Thirtha Swamiji  addressed the people about the protection of the cattle treasure in our country . Irrespective of caste creed and religion it is a duty of every citizen to protect the cattle’s he said.

In the hindu tradition the cow is being worshiped but nobody dares to conserve it.  The awareness must be created among the people and raise voices against such intolerance. The lakhs of cows are being slaughtered in our country.

The Constitution itself mentions about the protection of cattle’s. Its the right of every individual to raise voice against the killing of cows. The cattle’s are considered to be the backbone to the farmers as there was organic farming in the past. Some don’t know the benefits from organic farming.The cow dung are being used as the main component in organic farming. If the number of cattle’s decline day to day what would be the state of our country. The Government should take interest in the protection of cattles, he said.

The Paryaya  Kaniyur Mutt  seer Vidhy Vallaba  Thitra Mutt said that this occasion is just to bring awareness in the people and not misinterpret the thoughts . Cattle conservation is just the motto of this occasion. Hence the Krishnapur Muttt Seer Vidyasagara swami too said in olden days there was a grazing land in every village and each house had a cow. This is just to bring awareness among the present generations.
