Agrigold members, agents take out protest march demanding refund

Mangaluru, May 4, 2015 : Members and agents of Agrigold Farm India took out a protest jatha from the Agrigold Office to the Deputy Commissioner’s office here on May 4, Monday demanding the company to refund the amount deposited in the firm by its members.
The protestors alleged that the firm has suspended operations since the past six months thus disappointing thousands of agents and members who wished to earn a livelihood through it.They also stated that the agents who enrolled new members and made them invest in the firm too are at a loss.
A memorandum was submitted to the Deputy Commissioner to look into the problem and do the needful.
