On account of heavy rains in the region, the sea is in full fury. Early morning on Sunday July 20, Ravi jumped into the sea and started playing with surging waves after reaching considerable depths. As the sea continues to be tumultuous, no one ventures into the sea. As such, some locals who saw the erratic behaviour of the person, called the police and fire brigade.

The police and fire brigade personnel arrived but could not persuade the man to come out and kept a watch and talked the man to return to shore . Finally, a huge wave scared the man and he tried to reach the shore but found it difficult. Then the people managed to get him ashore, gave him clothing and  he was admitted to a local hospital.

Ravi was physically normal, but his speech was incoherent, it was seen that he had probably lost his mental balance due to personal stress and problems.
