Mangaluru, Sep 12,2016 : Three students of the RV Engineering College in Bengaluru who were among a nine member team of students which had arrived at Apsarakonda in Honnavar taluk, drowned in the sea while making merry on September 11, Sunday.
The deceased students are Tejas Kumar, Mohan M and Chethan Kumar. Of the three, Chethan was a resident of Kengeri while the other two hailed from Kuduguntepalya.
The students had arrived at Apsarakonda by two vehicles.
