21-year-old dies in Bus-bike collision in Moodabidri

Modabidri, Feb 14, 2017: A youth dies on the spot in bus- bike collision in Moodabidri on February 14, Tuesday afternoon.

The deceased is identified as Sandeep Shetty(21), eldest son of Mahabala Shetty owner of Hotel Wodlands in Moodabidri. Sandeep had completed his ITI in A J Soans Institute , Moodabidri was planning to go to Bengaluru for job.

Sources say that Sandeep was on his way back after dropping his friend to the garage accident occurred. A private bus plying towards Mangaluru from Moodabidri collided with his bike head on near Hotel Ballal, here. Sandeep sustained grievous injuries and died on the spot.

Moodabidri police are investigating the case.

rash and reckless driving most of the times are the reasons for the accidents. please take action on the driver because usually the private buses in the city are very negligent

Accidents are more compared to other places in mangaluru vicinity.Why? A survey ha to be taken to know the reason behind such incidents . Is the action tkaen on rash drivers or just left off

Speed thrills but kills , So many are killed in the accident most of them are youths . Why it is because of negligence.
