20 new Covid-19 positive cases in DK and 6 cases in Udupi

Mangaluru, Dec 24, 2020: 20 people from Dakshina Kannada and 6 from Udupi tested positive for COVID-19 on Thursday. As many as 27 patients in DK and 7 in Udupi were discharged from hospital.
With this the total Covid-19 positive cases in the DK district rose to 32,693 and 408 cases are currently active. A total of 732 deaths have occurred till date.
Udupi district has reported 6 fresh cases and with this total positive cases rose to 22,990 cases with 74 still being treated at the designated hospitals. The district has reported 188 COVID-19 fatality so far.
