2 Massage parlours raided: 11 women rescued; 7 men arrested

Mangaluru, Aug 31,2017: A total of 11 women were rescued and seven men arrested during raids on two massage parlours in Mangaluru by the CCB police on August 30, Wednesday.

2 Massage parlours Five women were rescued in the first raid on the Indian Sandal Ayurvedic Massage Parlour located at the second floor of a building at Kadri. The owners of the parlour, Pradeep Thokkottu and Reshma Hosabettu were arrested along with Chandranath Bokkapatna and Abhishek Mulihitlu who were said to be customers. The rescued girls were in the 20 to 25 age group and hailed from different places in the city and Udupi. A cash of Rs 1500 was also seized during this raid.

The second raid was on Sanjeevini Ayurvedic Therapy Clinic at K S Rao Road. In this raid, six women hailing from Hassan, Puttur, Uttara Kannada, Bengaluru, Hubballi and Chikkamagaluru were rescued. Harish Shetty, the owner of the parlour was arrested along with Ravi of Manjeshwar and another woman.

Some innocents are forcibly pulled into this trade , the bastards have to get the aeroplane treatment in the prison . Stringent action has to be taken on the owners of such business

The owner of the parlour have to be acted on , never give him chance to escape giving any reasons.
