1 killed and 28 injured in a serial accident in Kundapur

Kundapur, Mar 27, 2017 : In a serial accident between bus, truck and bike one died and 28 were injured at Nagoori in Kundapur on March 27, Monday.

The deceased is identified as Narayan Acharya(43) of Shringeri.

Sources said that a speeding private bus overtaking another vehicle collided with a loaded tanker plying from opposite direction, also rammed into a bike from behind. Due to the impact of collision , tanker driver died on the spot. 28 persons including the rider too was injured in the accident. The injured are being treated at Hospital in Kundapur.

The traffic in the region was snarled for an hour.

Byndoor police are investigating the case.

Never be playful on road as many of the accidents are due to carelessness of somebody or the other. Many times though we are careful due to thers mistke we become prone to such incidents
