1 dead; 3 injured in Omni-pvt bus collision near Beluvai

Mangaluru, Apr 09, 2015: One person died on the spot while three others sustained minor injuries in a collision between a Maruti Omni and a private bus at Kantavara cross near Beluvai on April 8, Wednesday.
The deceased is Veerappa who was driving the Maruti Omni. He owned the Manjunath Cycle Shop at Alangar and was on way home with his family members after attending a marriage at Sanoor.
His wife, daughter and another relative suffered minor injuries in the mishap. The bus was on way to Moodbidri from Karkala when the mishap took place.
Moodbidri police have registered a case.
