Mangaluru, March 1, 2017: A news report received by ’Mangalore Today’  states that ’Karavali Little Star 2017’ organized by Arun Alva’s Academy Of Art at  Forum Fiza Mall on Febuary 26 was a big draw. This lively even highlighted the extreme dedication and power of parenting. Out of  more than 90 pictures received for "wow baby contest" (6months to 2yr 11 month),  shortlisting 40  little heroes to the finale was indeed an impossible task, for such was the excellence of every entry. The parents with the little achievers walked the ramp with enthusiasm and talent.

They definitely wanted to create a memory for the little ones. Few said they wanted the little one to overcome stage fear. Many others said it is the first opportunity since their birth and would not want to miss on it.

The title winners of wow baby contest were  : Thrishika Shetty ,Kashish Metra ,Lenon D’souza & Ethen Steve Fernandes.

The next session was for kids above 3 years to 9 yrs of age. There were 123 entries and short listed were 30 contestants for the finale .They were divided into 3 age categories 3-5,5- 7,7-9. Their performance was beyond imagination. It just proved the rich talent that Mangalore holds from Memory power to fashion and acting the kids really rocked the stage

The title winners :  Taksheel M Devadiga, Shamitha and Apeksha. The runners up :  Hansika,  Agasthya Someshwar ,Kashvi,Grahith G Prabhu, Savin and Allen Philip Rasquinha. The show was witnessed by Jithendra Kottary BJP district spokesperson, Kishore Alva CEO  Adani group, Ganesh Sales manager Dairy Day .The judges for the day were Dr Kavyashree KB ,  Amitha Tharanath,  Usha Prabha Nayak.

The very gorgeous ’Karavali Style icon’ Shaasthra Shetty handed over the award to the winners.  The Tiny hosts Manish, Sarthak Shenoy and Gagan G Prabhu put up a fantastic show all the time.
