The Carmel religious Brothers Sang a chorus followed by a Dance which reflected the ‘Laudato si’ Campaign (creating a better world for tomorrow by preserving the nature) of the Church. A Konkani Devotional Album (VCD) - ‘Dee Maye Jezuk’, containing 10 Marian hymns in video form, was released by the Chief guest. The hymns in the album are composed by Fr Alwyn Sequeira, Ocd and Music arranged by Sangeeth Guru Sri Joel Prereira. All hymns are choreographed and edited by Mr. Cliyon D Souza, Loretto.

A Konkani Biblical Play based on the life of Adonia, the son of King David, titled ‘Mundas’ (The Crown) was staged. The Drama is written by Jocy Siddakatte Ocd and directed by Clanwin Fernandes, Kalakul. The story revolved around the fight for power by an unworthy and incapable son, which David never  desired to happen. The play had a biblical story, yet it highly reflected the Political developments taking place in recent past and also hinted at the Property fights which are common among us.  Fr. Ligoury Crasta Ocd proposed a vote of thanks. Br. Babush Rodrigues Ocd compered the programme. There was an unprecedented attendance of people on the occasion.
