Byndoor, June 27, 2018:  Ammanedege Namma Nadige, a Padayatra from Byndoor to  Kollur Shree Mookambika Temple was taken out on June 27, Wednesday under the leadership of Byndoor MLA  B M Sukumar Shetty. The Padayatra was aimed at praying to the Goddess to make Narendra Modi the Prime Minister of the country again  after the next elections and also to bring the BJP to power in Karnataka.

The 25 km long padayatra  which began at 4.45 was participated by several party men despite  rains. The padayatra reached the shrine at  9.45 am. Thereafter all the participants  took a dip in the Sowparnika river and then offered special prayers to the Goddess.
