Mangalore Jan 15, 2016:  The inaugural issue of new Kannada daily ’Vishwavaani’ was released in Mangaluru by MP Nalin Kumar Kateel and Vajradehi Mutt seer Rajashekarananda Swamy at Press Club on January 15, Friday.

In his inaugural address, Nalin Kumar Kateel said readers have high expectations from this new venture of  senior journalist Vishweshwar Bhat. The page design and layout of the daily reveals  the efforts put in by the team and has also created a best impression, he further added.

"The vast experience of senior journalist Vishweshwara Bhat and business acumen of KP Nanjundi will help in the success of Vishwavaani Kannada Daily," Rajashekaranand swamy said.

President of  Dakshina Kannada Working Journalists’ Union Jagannatha Shetty said that, Vishwavaani Kannada Daily’s biggest asset is Vishveshwar Bhat, who harnessed new trends in Kannada journalism. He also groomed many youngsters as seasoned journalists and columnists, he added.
