Mangalore, Apr 25, 2014: ‘UnSeen’ a  fund raiser concert for  the NGO ‘Music for Change’  which teachers music and dance for the differently abled kids,  organised at the St Agnes  Special School Grounds on April 24, Friday evening, left the gathering mesmerized  with the songs rendered  by outstanding young singers from the band ‘Rythm of Love.’ It was indeed a memorable evening  set  under perfect conditions.

Renuka Bangera, Assistant Manager of Karnataka  Bank, inaugurated the event by  releasing a balloon tied to the logo ‘of ‘Music for Change.’

As part of the concert, singers presented popular Bollywood numbers  apart from hard as well as soft rock that took the gathering to a whole new world. There were a total of nine performers including lead singers  Ashish Palanna and  Joswin D’Cunha and Anabelle. On the drums was  Duane Frank. Other artistes were  Steven Frank on keyboard, Likhith Shenoy on percussion, Paston on bass guitar, Sweethin Hartman on saxophone and rhythm guitar, and Srinivas Shekar at rhythm guitar.


 About Music for Change : The NGO ‘Music for Change’ teachers music and dance to  children of Roman and Catherine School for the Blind and special children at Chetana Child Development Centre. Music for change strongly believes that Music is the language of heart and  wants to give back something to the society  by helping the blind kids learn music. It aims to make music an instrument to make a difference in the society. The NGO is set up so as to employ music and dance teachers to teach the same to the schools that have accepted  us as a part of their academic curriculum.
