After seeing that Kerala is in deep trouble, she came forward and donated a whopping Rs 1.5 lakhs to the Chief Minister’s Distress Relief Fund (CMDRF). Isn’t she a great soul? Hanan stressed the fact that the money she had received in her account as support has been given to help those less unfortunate ones in distress.

“I visited a relief camp in Kothamangalam where people were struggling to have basic necessities like food and clothes. Seeing their struggle I wanted to help them in some way. When I was at facing difficulties in my life, a lot of people generously helped me. I had received some Rs 1.5 lakhs from you people. Now I want to transfer that money to the Chief Minister’s Distress Relief Fund,” Hanan Hanai said in a video.

Hanan had shot into prominence after her story about funding her education and helping her family by selling fish alongside marking her presence for the classes went rife. Unfortunately, the story started to get a twist as a massive cyber trolling followed up when a few people wrongly accused her of depicting the entire thing to promote an upcoming film. The government then took actions behind the hate campaign against Hanan. Hanan also met the Chief Minister recently.
