New Delhi, Sep 16, 2014: Counting for bypolls in three Lok Sabha and 33 Assembly seats across 10 states began on Tuesday morning. As per the early trends, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) appeared to make leads in Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat and Rajasthan.
