Bharat Bandh: Opposition parties block local trains, shut down fuel pumps in parts of Mumbai

Mumbai, Sept 10, 2018 : Opposition parties briefly stopped trains at a railway station and picketed petrol stations in parts of Mumbai during their Bharat Bandh protests on Monday.
Local trains at Andheri station were suspended after hundreds of Congress workers led by former chief minister Ashok Chavan blocked platform number three and four at around 9.43am.
Petrol pump operators said workers of the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena and other political parties forced them to shut down briefly at Chembur, Sahar and other places in Mumbai.
