Yachury takes on Mamatha

KOLKATA, Nov 4: Senior CPM Leader Sitaram Yachury  has come down heavily on Union Railway Minister and Trinamool Congress Chief Mamatha Banerjee for her comments that the Marxists and Maoists were the two sides of the same coin.

Speaking to press men in Kolkata, Yachury  also accused Mamatha of having no knowledge of the Communist movement in the nation. " Only someone who is totally ignorant of the  Communist movement can make such remarks," he said.

Stating that the CPIM was the main target of Naxalites, he added the Naxals were still hostile towards the party.
