Teacher allegedly strips Class 8 student for taking uniform measurements

Lucknow, Feb 20, 2018 : An Uttar Pradesh-based government teacher forced a minor to strip on the pretext on taking measurements for her school uniform.

 

The incident took place in a government school in Kannauj’s Jalalpur Katri Banger village.

The teacher called the student in a room and asked her to take off her clothes. He said that he needed to take the girl child’s measurements for school uniform. Scared, the student complied with the teacher’s orders.

Several classmates of victim, who witnessed the incident, later reported it to the authorities.

 
A case has been registered and the accused arrested, said the police.
