Taxmen raid Media Baron Raghav Bahl’s Noida home, ’The Quint’ office

New Delhi, Oct 11, 2018 : Tax officials have raided media baron Raghav Bahl, according to the Press Trust of India.

 

Searches have been carried out at Raghav Bahl’s home and offices in Noida near Delhi, in connection with allegations of tax evasion.

PTI said taxmen are looking for documents and other evidence related to the case under probe.

Raghav Bahl is the founder of the Quint news portal and the Network18 group.

Searches are being carried out at the premises of a few other people as part of the Income Tax Department’s investigation of tax evasion by business professionals, PTI said.
