TDP councillors in ugly fight at municipal council meet

Hyderabad, March 01, 2016: An argument over how the minutes of a special meeting should be written brought two Telugu Desam Party (TDP) councillors to blows in Andhra Pradesh on Monday.

The ugly incident happened at the municipal council hall at Tenali in Guntur district.

The fight started after a heated argument over the procedures to write the minutes – the meeting was held to elect the panels.

The councillors who traded blows were Gummadi Ramesh and Trimurthulu.
