Speeding Tanker runs over 5 people in Bangalore

Bengaluru, Feb 26: A water tanker lost control and ran over people who were trying to cross the road. 2 people are dead and 3 injured.

A speeding tanker on Thursday ran over two pedestrians in the Hebbal area of Bangalore. CCTV footage of the incident shows the tanker in question hitting a group of pedestrians crossing the road. The incident was witnessed by several people in the area, including a traffic policeman, who rushed to help the injured.

 

The driver has been arrested. On questioning the driver claims that the brake failed and he lost control of the vehicle. Investigation on in this incident.
