Muggers snatch gold chains of women in various parts of Bengaluru

Bengaluru: June 11, 2015: In ten cases of gold chain snatching reported on a single day, two men on motorcycle snatched gold chains from women at seven places in west and southern part of Bengaluru on Thursday.

The muggers targeted women out for morning walk or on a visit to temples in Vijayanagar, Kamakshipalya, Basaveshwaranagar, Banashankari, Chennammanakere Achukattu, Chandra Layout and Giri Nagar police station limits.

Bengaluru police have stepped up patrolling to lookout for the muggers.
