J-K: Militants abduct, kill civilian in Kupwara

Srinagar, May 25, 2016: Unidentified militants killed a civilian who was abducted late Tuesday night in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kupwara district.

“The victim has been identified as Liyaqat Ali Chatwal. Chatwal was abducted from Watsar village where he had gone to meet his sister,” a senior police official told said.

A probe has been launched to investigate the murder, the official added.
