Girl, 17, shot dead in delhi’s Najafgarh; missing friend is suspect

New Delhi, Dec 21, 2016:  A 17-year-old girl was shot dead inside a car in Delhi outside her home as her mother, waiting for her, watched.

The girl had gone with two friends for lunch and was being dropped off by the boys.

Her mother has told the police that she saw the car and suddenly heard a gunshot.

When she rushed to the car, she saw her daughter lying in blood and one of the friends running away.

The weapon has been found. The police are looking for the missing boy.
