Class 1 girl allegedly molested by staffer in south Delhi school

New Delhi, Oct 05, 2017: A class I student was on Wednesday allegedly molested by school staffer at Sant Nirankari Public School in Delhi’s Malviya Nagar.

The incident reportedly took place inside the school toilet where the girl was assaulted by housekeeping staff. According to ANI, the accused Rakesh has been arrested and sent to judicial custody.

The accused reportedly touched the student inappropriately. The complaint states that the when the child returned home at 2.30pm on Wednesday, she informed her mother of the incident. The parents then reached the school and confronted the principal following which the police was called in.

Earlier on September 8, class II student, Pradhyuman Thakur was found dead with his throat slit in the washroom of the Ryan International school in the Bhondsi on the Sohna road. A bus driver, Ashok Kumar has been arrested in connection with the case.
