Chief Minister Siddaramaiah’s son passes away

Bengaluru, July 30, 2016: Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah’s son Rakesh Siddaramaiah+ , who was undergoing treatment in the Belgian capital, passed away on Saturday due to multiple-organ failure.

He was undergoing treatment for acute pancreatitis at Brussel’s Antwerp University Hospital. Rakesh was hospitalized after he complained of severe stomach pain in Antwerp. He had recently celebrated his 39th birthday.


CM Siddaramaiah along with his wife Parvathi and younger son Yathindra had flown to Brussels to be with their son.
