2008 Malegaon blasts: Sadhvi Pragya’s bail plea rejected

June 28, 2016: A Special National Investigation Agency (NIA) court refused the bail application of Malegaon blast case accused Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur on Tuesday.
 

The NIA had dropped charges against Sadhvi Pragya last month saying they were not maintainable.

The Maharashtra ATS had arrested Sadhvi Pragya, a former ABVP activist, in connection with a bomb blast at Malegaon in September, 2008.
