’ABCD-2’ dancer arrested for allegedly raping a mentally challenged teen girl

New Delhi, July 02, 2015: A back up dancer Nilesh Nirbhavane (20) of latest released Bollywood film ABCD 2 has been arrested for allegedly raping teenaged girl who was mentally challenged.

According to police, the accused Nilesh Nirbhavane who was a dancer by profession and two other accused took the 14-year-old girl to public toilets or any other isolated place and raped her.

The incident came to light when the victim’s teacher interrogated her, after noticing a severe change in her activities. The victim then broke her silence and revealed that three people had been raping her since last month.

The back-up dancer Nilesh was arrested by Pant Nagar Police after the girl described a distinctive feature two broken front teeth. Police also said that Nilesh confessed the allegation.

The accused have been booked under Sections 376D (gang rape), 377 (unnatural offences) and 34 (acts done by several persons in furtherance of common intention) of the IPC.
