Justice Hegde inaugurates new branch of Arab Udupi Restaurant

Abu Dhabi May 19, 2011:  Justice Santhosh Hegde, Karnataka Lokayukta, inaugurated the 17th branch of Arab Udupi Restaurant situated near Al Salam Hospital (Behind Smoker’s Centre) in Tourist Club Area.

 

 

 

 

Justice Santosh Hegde was accompanied by Padmashree Dr. B.R. Shetty, Charman, New medical Centre, Abu Dhabi, to the restaurant.  Mr. Shekar Shetty welcomed Mr. Hegde at the entrance of the restaurant at about 6:30pm.

Speaking on this occasion Justice Hegde has expressed immense pleasure to be part of this ceremony. He praised Mr Shekar Shetty for his simplicity and philanthropic contributions for the benefit of community especially for the less fortunate people. He said people of Karnataka especially those from coastal districts were fortunate to savor the Udupi cuisine even while they were away from their hometowns.

Mr.Sudheer Kumar Shetty, COO UAExchange LLC, Mr. Sarvotham Shetty, President, Karnataka Sangha Abu Dhabi , Mr. Jairam Rai, Mr. Ganesh Rai and Mrs. Shekar Shetty were present on the occasion.
