MCC, Doha Qatar to celebrate Monthi Fest on Sep 17

Doha, September 1: Mangalore Cricket Club will be celebrating the ‘Monti Fest’ with ‘Novem  Jevaan’ on 17th September 2010, at 6.00 pm at the ICC Ashoka Hall.  All Konkani speaking Mangaloreans are cordially invited.

There will be a Konkani cultural programme with songs and Dance, spot prizes and the all time favourite ‘Bingo’

Dinner is home made with seven types of fresh vegetables, roce and sanna.

MCC invites every one to come with their friends to join and give thanks and celebrate the new corn.

Dr Edward Nazareth, MD., professor of medicine at the KMC Hospital Mangalore, consultant orthopedic surgeon at the Kankanady Hospital, noted author, writer and philanthropist will be the chief guest for the programme.

Dr. Nazareth will be delivering a lecture on health related issues on the 18th of September at the ICC Delhi Hall at 6.00 pm which will be open to all.
