Dubai, June 22,2017: Thumbay Hospital Dubai has become a partner in the Dubai Health Experience (DXH) the prestige brand conceived by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) to strengthen the position of Dubai on the world map of medical tourism under the directive of HH Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council.

Thumbay Hospital was honored at the DXH Suhoor a Ceremony organized by The Medical Tourism Council of Dubai. The event was held under the patronage of H.E. Humaid Al Qatami, Chairman of the Board & Director General, Dubai Health Authority at the Palazzo Versace Hotel in Dubai. Thumbay Hospital was honored for being a valued stakeholder and supporter of Dubai Health Experience. The award was received by Mr. Akbar Moideen Thumbay, Vice President - Healthcare Division, Thumbay Group and Board Member of Thumbay Group.

The International Medical Tourism department of Thumbay Hospitals aims to cater to an extensive number of patients and be known as the preferred hospital for medical tourism in UAE.
