UK Konkans to celebrate Christmas Day on Dec 19

London, 12 December 2010: UK Konkans, one of the first Mangalorean organisations in the UK is pleased announce the grand celebration of Christmas Day on 19th December 2010 at Addlestone Community Centre, Surrey KT15 2NJ. This is one of the few occasions where Mangaloreans from all walks of life join together to share the joy of Christmas. The day will be filled with skits, dances, games etc for young and old including grand Christmas lunch.
Due to the overwhelming response, the organisers have expressed inability to accommodate people who have not confirmed yet. People travelling by train are advised to check tube (http://www.tfl.gov.uk/tfl/livetravelnews/realtime/tube/default.html) and national train websites (http://www.southwesttrains.co.uk/) and start early to avoid delays due to any engineering works on the week-end.
