Mangalore Konkans to organize Christmas fund-raiser event Family Fiesta

Dubai, Nov 17, 2011 : The Sharjah Wanderer’s Sports Club will be the venue of a Christmas event called Family Fiesta, an annual event organized by Mangalore Konkans of Dubai for the benefit of entire families, on Dec 2.

The event will be packed with fun, games, and entertainment for all. While children can head over to the Kids Corner to try the face painting, bouncy castle, and other games and activities, adults can listen to music or dance to the tunes of The Big City Band, based in Goa. A tug of war contest, On the Spot Dance contest, Novelty Dance, and a unique hat contest will also form part of the event.

Rainbow Steakhouse will present a 4-course buffet on the occasion.

Mangalore Konkans of Dubai conducts this event to raise funds for its charity fund for higher education. The funds are used to support students and provide medical aid to the needy in Dakshina Kannada.
