Chicago November 18:  Ho Ho Ho! It’s that time of the year again, the time for joy and the time for cheer. While everyone is looking forward to celebrate the Birthday of Jesus by decking their homes with boughs of holly and brightening their balconies and patios with twinkling lights, the Mangalorean Konkan Catholic Association (MKCA) members of Chicago are planning yet another great Natal Fest 2010.

The 9th Annual Christmas Celebration will be held on December 18, 2010 at Cascade Banquets, 800 W.Irving Park Road, Bensenville, Illinois-60106.

Come celebrate Christmas beginning with mass in Konkani at 6:00pm. The mass will be followed by an evening filled with fun, entertainment and delicious delicacies. Dont miss the special attraction of door and raffle prizes. There will be a silent auction which will be much better than the much successful auction last Natal Fest. Also, go home with a box full of Kuswars, made exclusively by the members of the association. Boogie all night to Konkani, English and Hindi music. The biggest gift one can receive for Christmas is the presence of family and what better way to celebrate Christmas with the big Mangalorean family of Chicago.

Russell Baker once said In America nothing dies easier than tradition. so let’s not let our tradition die but let it live forever. Come join all the MKCA members to a traditional and fun filled Christmas. All are Welcome!
