EIFF organizes sports event for expatriates

Dubai, December 7, 2011 : The Emirates India Fraternity Forum (EIFF) organized a sports meet at the Dubai American Scientific School in Al Quoz.

The event, which commenced with a blood sugar test for all participants, has six teams participating. A march past, under the leadership of EIFF Coordinator Janab Ashraf Dalwai of Maharashtra, was held at the beginning. Players from all over India participated in this event.

The sports event comprised competitions such as 100m relay, 400m relay, hurdle race, three-legged race, football, kabbadi, volleyball, and tug of war.

The objective was to create health awareness among the expatriates.

During the valedictory ceremony, medals and trophies were distributed among the winners.
